Loose leaf blend of specialty paired herbs for sleep, nerves, higher consciousness, pineal gland activation & anxiety.   Rest assured this blend will smooth your mind and body while enhancing you to lucid dreams.  
8oz mason jar 

Ingredients- Egyptian Blue Lotus Flowers, Lavender, Chamomile, Mugwort, Holy Basil, Valerian & Skullcap 

2 tablespoons into 6-8oz of hot water.   Steep for 15 minutes, add honey and goodnight 😴 

Drink about 30 minutes before bedtime.
