-Add 1 Tbsp (2tsp for stronger view) of Sleepy Tea to a tea infuser, tea bag or French press.
-Pour 6-8 ounces of boiling water over the herbs & infuse for 5-15 minutes. The longer you steep it, the stronger the tea.
-Remove infuser or strain herbs & enjoy your tea & goodnight!
