Spruce tips are the trees new growth on the end of the Spruce tree branches.  They are soft and delicious.  They have been used by many cultures for years and are known for helping with the common cold, scurvy, RSV and much more.  Spruce tips are also antifungal, antimicrobial, and antiseptic.   They are also a great source of magnesium and potassium.  

Spruce tips can only be harvested in early summer, so this is a micro batch and we won't have more until next summer!
