Here are the most frequently asked questions.
1. How does the local pickup process work?
I have 3 retail locations in Midland, TX & 1 in Jordan, MN where you can walk in and purchase what you need. Each place is unique and provides amazing natural health services so be sure to check them out!
If you place your order through the website and are local here, I do offer local pickups right here in Midland, Texas. Please expect a 2-3 business day wait on local orders due to the line we have during sick season. You will receive a text when your order is ready for pickup. If you're having it shipped, you'll receive shipment updates on your email and you can track it on the shopify account.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It can take up to five working days for us to get your orders ready for departure. Once it's been sent out you'll receive email confirmation with tracking.
3. I need my order quickly. Can I rush it?
Yes! Once your order is placed on the website, it is then put in line on first come first served bases. I understand some of my clients are very sick and need their order sooner than others so I do offer a RUSH option that lets you skip the line and your order will be ready within 24 hours. During standard business hours the rush option is $34. On weekends I am closed but do offer a weekend Rush option for $56. The rush options are listed as a product. Please add it to your cart for it to be applied to your order.
4. Do you ship out of the United States?
We do not ship outside of the United States anymore.
