Welcome to our Family Apothecary. My husband and I are proud to handcraft each herbal remedy with care, and we are grateful for your trust in us.
Since every product is made by hand, order fulfillment may take a little longer than big companies like Amazon—especially during cold and flu season when we experience a higher volume of orders. It’s just the two of us preparing your remedies, and we kindly ask you keep this in mind.

Here are the most frequently asked questions.
1. How do preorders work?

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship together once that pre-order item is ready in the designated month you purchased it for.

If you’d like to receive the available items sooner, you may request separate early shipping for an additional shipping fee. This helps us manage fulfillment while still giving you the option to get part of your order early if needed.
2. I am local to Midland, Tx.. how can I get products quickly?
I have two options for you!

2. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $125.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing Time: It can take up to seven working days for us to get your order ready for departure. All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Busy Seasons: During peak times, please expect a wait as we often have a long line of orders.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
4. I need my order quickly. Can I rush it?
✨ Rush Option Available
We understand that some of our clients are very sick and need their remedies urgently. For this reason, we offer a Rush Option that allows you to skip the line. During standard business hours, this option is $40. To use it, simply add it to your cart at checkout, and your order will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Do you ship out of the United States?
Sadly, We do not ship outside of the United States anymore.
6. What is the shipping cost & shipping provider?
We use patented boxes which provides a very safe shipping environment for our glass jars. We also pack the boxes extremely well to insure they stay safe. We use UPS which is normally delivers next day or 4 days depending on your location.
7. Refunds
At Herbalish Apothecary, each remedy is handcrafted with great care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds if an incorrect address was provided at checkout or if the product is simply not to your liking. Our remedies are costly to create, both in ingredients and in time, and once they have left our hands, they cannot be resold or sent to another customer.
That said, we always want to take care of our community. In certain circumstances, we may be able to issue a store creditrather than a refund, which can be used toward a future purchase.
