My Husband & I are proud that we hand craft each herbal remedy.  Order fulfillment may take a little longer than Amazon, especially during the cold/flu season due to high order volume & it just being the two of us.  

We kindly ask you be mindful of that.  

 

Here are the most frequently asked questions. 

 1.  How do Preorders work?  If you have a pre order in your order, your entire order will not ship out until your pre order is ready.  You may request separate shipping for a shipping fee.  

 

 2.  I am local to Midland, Tx.. how can I get products quickly?

I have two options for you! 

  1. We offer 5 retail locations in Midland Texas where you can shop without a wait.

     2. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $125.

 

 3.  How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It can take up to seven working days for us to get your orders ready for departure.   All orders are filled in the order they are received.  During sick season please expect a wait as we normally have a long line.  Once your order has been sent out you'll receive email confirmation with tracking.  

 

 

 4.  I need my order quickly.  Can I rush it?

Yes!  If we have Rush options available, once your order is placed on the website, it is then put in line on first come first served bases. I understand some of my clients are very sick and need their order sooner than others so I do offer a RUSH option that lets you skip the line.   During standard business hours the rush option is $40.  Please add it to your cart for it to be applied to your order. 

 

 

 5.  Do you ship out of the United States?

We do not ship outside of the United States anymore.  

 

6.  What is the shipping cost & shipping provider?

We use patented boxes which provides a very safe shipping environment for our glass jars.  We also pack the boxes extremely well to insure they stay safe.  We use UPS ground which is normally delivered next day or 4 days depending on your location.

 

7.  Refunds

-We do not offer refunds if you provided a incorrect address.  

-We do not offer refunds if you simply do not like the product.  Our products are very expensive to make and very time consuming.   You will be given a store credit instead of a refund.
