Ingredients
Blue Spruce, Mullein, Marshmallow Leaf, Echinacea, Holy Basil, Rosehip, Passionflower, Ginger, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Nettle, Orange Peels, Elderberry, Clove, Nutmeg, Allspice, Star Anise.
Recommendations
Drink one cup of immuniTea daily for immune building or 3x daily when sick. Drink it hot for best results. You can drink it cold or make popsicles.
Brewing
- Add 1 Tbsp (2 Tbsp for a strong brew) of immuniTea to tea infuser, tea bag or French press.
- Pour 6-8 oz boiling water (212 degrees) over the herbs & infuse for 5-15 minutes. The longer you steep it, the stronger the tea.
- Remove infuser or strain herbs & enjoy your tea.
- Add desired sweetener of choice.
