LADY TEA INGREDIENTS

Nettle, Raspberry Leaf, Rose Hip, Lemon Balm, Holy Basil, White Peony, Lady's Mantle, Ginger & Red Clover

DOSAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
Drink one cup of Lady tea daily.  It is most important to drink this starting at your ovulation period until the last day of your Menstruation cycle OR drink a cup anytime you're needing comfort!

BREWING
-Add 1 Tbsp (2tsp for stronger view) of Lady Tea to a tea infuser, tea bag or French press. 
-Pour 6-8 ounces of boiling water over the herbs & infuse for 5-15 minutes. The longer you steep it, the stronger the tea.
-Remove infuser or strain herbs & enjoy your tea! 
STORAGE
Store loose leaf in room temp.  Store the brewed tea in the refrigerator.
